How do I book a ride?

Pick a service type on the Services page, enter your trip details, get an instant quote, and confirm. Payment is authorized at booking and captured after the ride.

How is the price calculated?

We quote a flat-rate fare based on the route, the service type, and the time of day. The fare you see at quote is the fare you pay — no surge multipliers, no surprise fees.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. Cancellations made 60 or more minutes before pickup are free. 15–59 minutes before pickup is a 50% fee. Less than 15 minutes (or after the driver arrives) is the full fare. You can cancel from the booking detail in your account.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link via our Stripe checkout. We don't accept cash.

Are your drivers vetted?

Yes. Every driver clears a 7-year background check, holds a valid Illinois driver's license, has the required city and state TNP licensing where applicable, and operates an inspected vehicle that meets our standards.

How early can I book?

You can book any time from a few hours out to several months in advance. For airport pickups, we recommend booking at least 12 hours ahead.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

For airport pickups we monitor your flight automatically and adjust the driver's schedule. The first 60 minutes after touchdown are free; standard hourly waiting rate applies after that.

I left something in the car. What do I do?

Contact us at /contact with the booking reference. We'll reach the driver and arrange a return — typically by hand-delivery or secure courier.

Do you offer accessible vehicles?

Not yet — we're working on it. If you need an accessible vehicle, please contact us and we'll do our best to find a solution.

Do I need to tip the driver?

No — every booking includes a 20% service fee, shown as a separate line on your quote and receipt. The full service fee is paid to your driver. No additional tip is required or expected.
