We collect information you provide directly — your name, email, phone number, payment details, and trip information (pickup and drop-off locations, scheduled times). We also collect technical information like IP address, device type, and pages visited so we can keep the Service secure and improve it.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Operate the Service: book trips, dispatch drivers, process payments, send receipts
- Communicate with you about your bookings and account
- Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
- Improve our service over time
How we share it
We share your trip information with the assigned driver/operator so they can provide the service. We share payment information with our payment processor (Stripe). We may share information with law enforcement when legally required.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, or request deletion of your account and associated data, at any time by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required by law (e.g. for tax records).
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Data retention
We retain account and trip information for as long as your account is active. After deletion, we retain a minimal record (booking ID, fare amount, dates) for legal and accounting purposes per applicable law.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and never touches our servers.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as our practices change. Material updates will be communicated by email.
